We keep hearing things need to change, things need to change. These so-called leaders want change but I have never heard about 1 detail suggestion for change. Everyone is saying the same thing over and over. How about this change. Always have a African American officer with a White Officer on EVERY situation. If excessive force is being used by the White Officer then the African American Officer should step in. If the suspect is Black then the Black Officer should be doing all the apprehending. If the suspect is non-black then the white officer does the apprehending. Let’s start with this first.
