The NFL Draft is just a couple of days away and thank god because we can finally stop with all these mock drafts. These mock drafts are a total waste of time. Everyone and his brother in the media has their own mock drafts. They all think every single player in the 1st round is terrific. Do these so called experts get paid to come up with these mock drafts? They are wrong more than 75% of the time. They use the same adjectives every year. Good hands, good speed, good football mind, loves the game, blah blah blah..The honest truth is that the draft is a crap shoot. Ryan Leaf was suppose to be the future in San Diego after getting drafted 2nd overall. Scouts saw him workout, coaches love him, they love his confidence, they love his arm, they spoke to him. It was an easy pick for the Chargers. Leaf turned out to be a big bust and a total waste of time. JaMarcus Russell and Akili Smith were also high 1st round picks and totally incapable of playing QB. They look lost and was dumb as a rock when it comes to reading defenses. Finally, I am projecting Joe Burrows as the overall number 1 pick. Does this make me a draft expert now?
