MLB needs to come up with something new. The Home Run Derby is boring and the only people that cares are the people betting on it. How many times do we need to see players overreact to a home run with their mouths wide open as if they just saw a unicorn. Having the players dad, coach of teammates throwing to them does nothing to make it more exciting. To make it more exciting how about every fan that catches or gets a home run ball gets $500. It will be more fun watching fans fight over each other for the ball.
