Today I had a craving for a nice big juicy Porterhouse steak from Texas Roadhouse. There is no dine in but I can do takeout but its not the same. Nothing beats a steak right off the grill while its still hot. You do takeout the steak is in a to go box and there is no presentation whatsoever. By the time you get home its no longer hot and you can’t just microwave it. Steak is meant to enjoy slowly in a nice environment with no cleaning afterwards. They say good things come to those who wait. I am going to wait till this whole mess is over and then get a few buddies and head down to “the house”. Let the good times roll. Until then,I am just to going to keep salivating.
